Welcome to the CrescentOne Academy Track Fundamentals
The CrescentOne Academy Fundamentals track is intended for candidates who are just beginning to work with Glovia G2 ERP platform and solutions or are new to ERP. No specific knowledge is assumed or required. However some practical working experience and knowledge of business processes will be of help.
Several courses are part of this track, each course will help you to gain knowledge about business processes and how to support those processes with an ERP. You'll practice a lot with the Glovia G2 ERP to get you up and running with these new skills with confidence. The assignments will start easy and will get more complex towards the end. During these assignments and the quizzes, you can prove your progress. Each successful completed course will be rewarded with a badge(*). If you choose you can then take the final capstone assignment to certify(**).

The general business processes are covered in the introduction course. The goal is to achieve fundamental knowledge and understand coherence of business processes and how an ERP solution is supporting these. This course offers a great deal of suitable explanations and demonstrations. At the end of the Track participants will have a good understanding of ERP.

The generic processes are covered in our awareness training. In this part of the fundamentals track the business process in the ERP is explained from the perspective of the different roles. The goal is to get a fundamental understanding of how a business processes flow looks like in the ERP.

The basic course guides the student through the full Make to Order business process. In this course we are going to sell a car, produce the car, purchase the components, deliver the car, and eventually, create the invoice to the customer within the ERP application.

It is time to show your skills. During this capstone assignment you’ll step through the complete MTO process. Take it slow, you practiced all the steps during the last few days.
