The CrescentOne Academy is part of the service portfolio of CrescentOne. We believe that customers do benefit from the careful designed tracks and courses in their day to day jobs using the G2 ERP.
Like every learning journey we start at the beginning, the fundament. Good practices are our guide and taking a bit more time at the start will pay back in the long run.
Where the Fundamentals Track is not role specific, the Tracks in the next level are. The Fundamentals do touch all different roles to make users of the ERP aware of the relations between those processes. Those relations and dependencys are very important when implementing or optimizing processes in an organisation.
The Tracks in the first level go in much more detail on functions that are typically used by a certain role in the organisation. Still, the G2 ERP is one of the oldest around and not every detail will be part of the courses. The number of functions and parameters that can be set are huge.
There will always be a next level of detail and CrescentOne has the knowledge and best-practices to support those needs. Support in these needs will build on top of the academy with support of consultants.
