4.1 - The G2 ERP trainings environment
Gain more value from your G2 ERP
On the other hand, The Fundamentals track is designed with so much more than navigation in mind. It uses a case that will be explored from different angles. The Fundamentals are NOT role based, but do explore steps from the perspective of all roles.
This way you, as an employee working in a certain domain, will gain more knowledge about other roles and the way these roles do impact other processes.
Good practice
Guided by a good practice, The Fundamentals will build an important 'platform' from where processes can be explored, (re)designed and implemented. As a company working with customers that use the G2 ERP, we know that a lot of customers don't use all functionality.
A lot of functionality under the hood
In several cases this leads to the situation that they are not completely satisfied with the G2 ERP, because it lacks certain functionality. After several days of costly workshops with a consultant, they find that the functionality does exsist and available for a long time.
It is not always obvious that certain functionality is available. Even to those customers working with the G2 ERP for years. They are simply used to do it the way they were told to do it when they started.
Having a moment to take another perspective can be very fruitfull.
Building your product
During the courses a case is used. The information provided and the assignments you use to practice this are prepared in the G2 ERP environment. The number of activities grow to the end of the courses. When you finish all activities and you are graded for those activities, you finish the track with a certificate.
Every student can follow allong in the assignments with her or his items and products. At the end of the track we will bring those roles a bit more together to give you a sense of how complexity can grow, when you need to collaborate.
